I pray to Allah almighty that He may give my life to you. I am writing a remedy for protruding belly and obesity: 250 gram mint dried (not wild), and 250gm caraway seeds, 250 gram ussoon (from which bitter oil is extracted). Crush them separately and then together after mixing. Take 1/4^th teaspoon daily thrice a day with lukewarm water. Reduce it after a month according to the condition of the patient.
